Where is my order?
This is a question we frequently get asked and you can track your order here.
Shopystreet.com works with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you.
This results in all our orders being shopped to you from across the world – from Thailand and China to Morocco. However we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind.
Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take 2-3 weeks to arrive. So no worrying if the product doesn’t arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!
This does mean we ship worldwide, so you can shop with us wherever you are.
What is my tracking number?
Tracking will be available 4-6 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 by contacting support.
Ammendments and Cancellations
If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order.
My Item Arrived Damaged
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
